This pre-application is for Public Housing in the City of Erie. Applications made for Public Housing must be completed at the Housing Authority's Applications Office within 30 days of applying online, or the online application will be deleted automatically, and a new one will have to be submitted.
Please be informed that all applicants are subject to our screening process which includes, but is not limited to, credit history, criminal background, and rental history.
In addition, please note that per Federal Regulations (24 CFR SS 960.204), Public Housing Authorities are required to permanently prohibit admission of families with members who owe a balance
to any Housing Authority, are subject to lifetime registration requirement under a State sex offender registration program, or have been convicted of methamphetamine related charges.
